Lt. Col. Michael Moore (retired)

Michael "Moose" Moore is a retired Air Force Lt. Col who spent 20 years as a tactical fighter pilot (F-4's & F-15's). His military service also includes 12 months as a Tactical Air Control Team Member, serving with the US Army 2nd Infantry Division on the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) in South Korea. He is also an FAA licensed Airline Transport Pilot and actively engaged in the security program of one of the largest aviation cargo companies in the world.

Moore is also trained and certified in Homeland Security Level III Security by the American College of Forensic Examiners. He is also a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and has completed specific training in terrorist threat detection and terrorist behavioral indicators. He is a member of the International Association for Counter-Terrorism and Security Professionals. His specialty is creating vigilance & security training programs for large public venues, such as, hospitals, shopping malls, sports arenas, convention centers and other facilities that handle large volumes of people. He is President and CEO of Tiger Six, Inc., A Nashville-based anti-terrorism and vigilance training consultancy (www.tigersix.com).

Cynthia A. Eckert, RN

Cynthia Eckert has over 30 years of experience in many aspects of the health care delivery system. With a broad range of responsibilities, her consulting focus for the past 5 years have been in the areas of vigilance training development and marketing, CBRNE content development for health care providers, emergency preparedness planning for hospitals, health care systems and communities. Cynthia has expertise in the areas of practice management, nursing, compliance, auditing, and managed care. 

She has become a subject matter expert on the emergency preparedness standards and best practices set by the National Response Plan, the National Infrastructure Protection Plan, the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and the Hospital Incident Command Systems. Cynthia completed training for health care executives at The Department of Homeland Security - Noble Training Center, Anniston, AL.
