Family Law - Custody - Protecting Children's Rights
For the past 25 years, Michael L. Oddenino has worked his way through hundreds of Family Law Battles, and become one of the most recognized advocates for children. Always focusing on a favorable outcome for these, the most damaged victims of divorce, Oddenino helps children avoid the 'second hand' smoke of the divorce conflict.
He
is
the author of the highly acclaimed
book,
Putting Kids First,
Walking Away From a Marriage Without Walking Over the Kids.
His book guides parents through the treacherous shoals of the divorce
process, helping them to shield the children from the second-hand smoke
of their conflict.
Armed with a deep understanding of the perils of divorce, and delivered with warmth and wit, Oddenino is a much sought after and popular speaker on family law topics. Notwithstanding this challenging area of the law in which he operates, he employs an approach utilizing the “art and science” of effectively dealing with the many challenges of family life in the 21st century.
Oddenino is also a popular television and radio news and talk show guest, and has contributed to many working news stories on such cable and network programs as Court TV's, Nancy Grace, Today Show, Montel Williams; Trial Watch; Hour Magazine, and Divorce Court. He has made numerous local affiliate and cable programming appearances, and is regularly interviewed and quoted in newspapers and magazine articles.
As a father of five children, and having survived the rigors of divorce himself, he is not just a theoretical pundit - knowing first hand the emotional and legal facets of family changes.
